What is Menda?
A virtual, integrative pain program. We help people with joint pain, migraines, and digestive disorders reverse their symptoms.
Menda combines the latest science based techniques for resolving symptoms; IFS, ACT, Pain Reprocessing.
Why are we building this directory?
Pain is intricately linked to difficult emotions, anxiety, and stress - all through the nervous system. Most of our participants have unresolved emotional traumas; we refer them to a certified therapist to see alongside our program.

What happens next?

You can also refer patients to us. We share free pain education resources to patients to help them make the link between their mental and physical health. Patients can also join the full program to improve pain, anxiety and depression about symptoms, sleep, and more.

This program was created to help others understand how pain reversal is possible and make it accessible to all. We'd love for you to join us in this mission.
